Join us on 30 November to get an early look at the findings of the BRIGHTskills European Skills Intelligence analysis and help validate them against the realities and priorities of the Austrian health industry ecosystem.
BRIGHTskills is a European initiative focused on skills intelligence, training and upskilling and reskilling pathways for the health industry. It also contributes to the Large-Scale Skills Partnership for the European Health Industry under the Pact for Skills.
The workshop will explore:
- Emerging skills needs: which skills are becoming more critical for the health industry.
- Workforce challenges: where companies face recruitment difficulties and which professional profiles are evolving.
- Future training priorities: what upskilling and reskilling needs are likely to emerge in the coming years.
Beyond presenting the findings, we want to hear from companies and other stakeholders. Your input will help assess how well the European-level findings reflect the Austrian context, including national and regional needs that may not yet be fully captured.
The insights gathered will also help shape BRIGHTskills’ next steps, including future training and upskilling opportunities for companies and strategic actions to strengthen the health industry’s skills base and competitiveness.
