Nicola Zancan appointed Vice President EMEA
Nicola Zancan has been appointed Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), a newly created role. Zancan previously served as General Manager for AOP Health Italy, where he successfully established the company’s presence in the Italian market, building a trusted brand in intensive care and rare diseases while forging strong partnerships with key opinion leaders and health authorities. Continuing as Area Director Europe South, his oversight included operations in France, Spain, Portugal, and Greece. With his extensive international experience, Zancan’s promotion reflects AOP Health’s strategic focus on regional growth. The company aims to drive organic expansion, laying the groundwork for future research and development in rare diseases.

Zoltán Magyarics strengthens AOP Health as Vice President Research & Development
Zoltán Magyarics has recently joined AOP Health as Vice President Research & Development. As a trained immunologist and physician, he now leads the strategic direction of the company’s drug development and oversees multidisciplinary teams managing the full development process - from preclinical research through to regulatory approval and beyond. His focus is on strengthening lifecycle management and accelerating the development of new products by fostering internal collaboration, driving digital innovation, and advancing operational excellence.
