About EANS
We at the EANS are a fast-growing, independent association, both of European neurosurgical societies and of individual neurosurgeons all over the world.
Our aim is to enable our members to enhance the care they deliver to their patients by facilitating the exchange of scientific information at the highest level. In pursuit of this goal, we arrange a wide range of meetings, symposia and educational courses, including the European Congress of Neurosurgery and the highly regarded European Training Courses in Neurosurgery.
Other key activities in line with our mission include the provision of a comprehensive online library of neurosurgical material via the EANS Academy, several awards and prizes and fellowship and observership programmes. Through the European Board of Neurological Surgery (EBNS) we run the Fellow of the EBNS exam (parts I and II).
