According to the media two Vienna based researchers receive ERC grants: Stefan Westermann (Research Institute of Molecular Pathology) and Kazufumi Mochizuki (Institut for Molecular Biotechnology of the Austrian Academy of Sciences) have been selected for funding together with some further 300 researchers out of more than 9.000 applications. They receive EUR 1.8 million and EUR 1.6 million for their research, respectively.
