LISAvienna event tip: Takeda R&D Science Day

LISAvienna is happy to collaborate with Takeda and invites you to participate in the first Takeda R&D Science Day in Vienna on April 19, 2023. This is a great opportunity to both share their knowledge on sustainable process development technology innovations that are of interest to Takeda and to get feedback on technology solutions from a big R&D player in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Note: Deadline to apply for a meeting slot extended to March 17, 2023

Takeda’s R&D Life Science Day 2023 will include up to 5 meeting slots in Vienna for informal exchange of non-confidential knowledge.

Who is invited to participate?

Takeda’s R&D Science Day 2023 focuses on start-ups, SMEs, and application-oriented academic researchers in either life sciences or technology sphere. Takeda is particularly interested in sustainable process development technologies and analytical methods related to biologics and gene therapy. Such solutions should allow for sustainable lab practices and minimize the lifecycle environmental impact of new products from the development stage, through to manufacturing and over to packaging. Technologies can range from prototype and proof-of-concept stages to ready-to-use.

Please note that this is not a call for investment opportunities or strategic partnerships in early-stage drug development.

How to participate?

We ask you to submit non-confidential information in the form of 3-5 slides as well as 3-5 questions you would like to discuss with Takeda’s experts. For questions about participating, feel free to contact . This also is the e-mail address for sending your application to participate in the Takeda R&D Science Day.

Mark your calendar:

  • March 17, 2023: Extended submission deadline for your files to Takeda
  • April 19, 2023: Takeda R&D Life Science Day with individual meeting slots in Vienna
