Please note that the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) 2026 will take place around the same time as our conference (May 12th – 16th). As this major international event is expected to attract a very large number of visitors, hotel availability in the city will be limited and prices may rise significantly. We strongly recommend that all conference participants book their accommodation as early as possible to secure suitable options.
