Im Auftrag der Tiroler Zukunftsstiftung organisiert CEMIT – Center of Excellence for Medicine and IT GmbH am 24. November in Innsbruck einen „Alps Bio Cluster - Medtech Partnering Day“. Das Ziel der Veranstaltung ist es, bilaterale Gespräche zwischen den Firmen, Forschern und End-user aus mehreren europäischen Regionen in s.g. face-to-face Meetings zu ermöglichen. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und es gibt auch eine Möglichkeit die Firma/Institution zu präsentieren (10min Vortrag oder Poster). Derzeit sind 26 Teilnehmer aus Frankreich, Schweiz, Deutschland, Italien, Israel und Österreich angemeldet. Die Themen des „Partnering Days“ sind:
· Autonomy: home care for elder and handicap people (social links, security, mobility, disabilities compensation, low cost robots)
· e-Health: platform for telecare
· Robotics for minimally invasive surgery and innovative imaging
· Innovative equipment for diagnostics
· Intelligent and communicating medical devices (implants, drug delivery…)
· Rehabilitation and supporting devices Die „keynote lecture“ mit dem Titel "Unlocking ICT's Potential to Enhance the Quality of Life of Older People - The Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme" wird Frau Dr. G.Geyer von der FFG halten. Als „social event“ am Abend nach der Veranstaltung ist der Tiroler Innovationstag mit langjähriger Tradition und 500 Teilnehmern geplant. Deadline für die Anmeldung ist am 07.11.2009.
