The theme ‘Rays of knowledge’ refers to the main focus of ECR 2026, namely education. It alludes to radiology (rays) and the acquisition of knowledge symbolised by Athena, the Greek Goddess of knowledge, wisdom, and learning. And with her presence in our poster, we are transported back to ancient civilisation, where modern scientific principles originated and where there was a strong emphasis on the search for truth.
ECR 2026 will offer radiologists, radiographers, physicists, and physicians from all specialties the chance to expand and sharpen their expertise, earn valuable CME credits, and connect with colleagues from around the world. Reflecting current educational trends, ECR 2026 will also be available on-demand via ESR Connect, ensuring that learning is accessible and flexible for all.
