Eva Schlintl
Cluster Manager

Eva Schlintl joined LISAvienna in September 2023 as a cluster manager contributing to the further development of the Vienna Life Science Cluster. She advises biotechnology, medtech and pharmaceutical companies on all aspects of establishment, settlement, funding, cooperation, infrastructure and internationalization. In addition, she promotes networking in the sector at international trade events, and in the context of cooperation with associations. 
During her studies in molecular biotechnology at FH Campus Wien, which she completed in 2014, Eva Schlintl carried out academic research at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna. She then gained professional experience in life science start-ups before continuing her career as an investment manager at Austria Wirtschaftsservice in 2016, where she most recently managed the LISA – Life Science Austria program. Her responsibilities included the Preseed and Seedfinancing deep tech funding instruments in the field of life sciences as well as other measures supporting life sciences start-ups on their way to success. These included the establishment of a life science technology transfer fund, business plan competitions, core facilities and training and networking opportunities in the field of knowledge transfer.
