The PIUR tUS Infinity is a small, wireless add-on solution that turns any standard ultrasound device into a high-resolution tomographic imaging system. It consists of a small video box that connects to the video output of third-party ultrasound scanners, and a patented sensor-based tracking unit that attaches to any linear transducer. With a short sweep over the thyroid of a patient, an entire lobe can be captured in a single volume image. Smart post-processing tools allow the doctor to extract diagnostic information immediately or retrospectively.
